Wedding/Event Coordinators for Ceremony & Reception venues
are not “personal” Bridal Consultants. Although
these coordinators are professionals and can be very
helpful, their main focus and responsibility is to
coordinate the set-up and activities for the venue, i.e.
banquet preparation, coordination with Chef and wait staff,
etc. A Bridal Consultant will be available to handle more
personal activities for the bridal party, family and guests
and possibly cover unforeseen circumstances and situations.
The Bridal Consultant will also coordinate with all wedding
professionals involved, i.e. photographer, officiant, DJ,
etc.
